The New York Public Library Identity

 

Building a successful brand identity requires more than just a simple logo. The Library needed a more versatile, contemporary identity system to coincide with it's changing role in the community and to remain relevant in today's world of information. I was hired by the library as Marc Blaustein was refining his redesign of the the Library's lion, to help extend this logo into a full fledged brand.
