A Return to Cooking

Eric Ripert’s A Return to Cooking’s original release did not exactly meet expectations when it came to sales. The content was inspired, recipes fabulous (what else would you expect), so the editors decided it must be the cover.

I redesigned this for Le Bernardin, bringing it in line with the other cookbooks they have done, making them all one big happy family. Sales have been fantastic.
